I create beautiful websites for:

  • small business

  • blogs & vlogs

I work on my own, based in the south of the U.K. in Swindon, however I can help you remotely wherever you are, so get in touch today and find out how I can help you for less than you may think. The sites I build use WordPress as the content management system, and if you want to use a page builder such as Elementor or WPBakery I can do that too.

Whether you are writing a blog, advertising your business, or need an online store, the sites I create can also include custom HTML | CSS | jQuery/JavaScript code written by me, and are therefore tailored to an individual client’s specific design and styling requirements.

I work with business owners to create their online solutions, from simple one page information sites to custom built interactive sites with booking and online purchasing facilities. By way of an example, the site you are reading now was created by myself in its entirety.

Aiming to provide a personalised service driven by my customers’ individual needs and preferences, I also offer advice around search engine optimisation (S.E.O.) and data analytical considerations to add value and most importantly revenue to their businesses. Whatever you need a website for you can also be sure that the site I create for you will look great on any device, with designs that are fully responsive to screen size.

Custom HTML, CSS & JavaScript available

You’re here because you know it’s never been more important to increase brand awareness or get your message across to a wider audience in today’s digital world, so a website to showcase your ideas, products or services is essential.

I can help you with any kind of website

I work closely with D3Marketing, and in addition to maintaining much of their portfolio, I have recently completed a project to provide an online memorial website, The Forever Loved
The Forever Loved

This was a complex project to provide an online platform for family and friends to remember their loved ones who have passed away. Websightmedia was trusted to bring to life the vision for this place of love and memories, and was over a year in the making.

The Forever Loved allows people to create their own individual memorials, post written tributes by themselves or visitors, and create a beautiful photo gallery. It’s a special place to remember our loved ones, and for separated families to come together.

Some further examples of my work – more info on my clients

The Animal Talent

The Animal Talent is a new talent agency for, you guessed it, animals – of any species. This complex project was a joy to work on, and is a classic example of the dual role of developer and designer. If you have a pet that would thrive in the spotlight, contact The Animal Talent.

Adidem Consulting

A London based startup recruitment consultancy needed an online presence for the main business plus 2 further subsidiaries. All sites needed a job board functionality built into the website design as well as standard blogs/pages with specific design requirements. Visit Adidem on the link below.

My client based in Derbyshire wished to move their existing store selling agricultural wheels and tyres away from ebay and onto their own website. The job entailed all aspects of Woocommerce set up, including building complex shipping/pricing rules, website styling and migration from staging into production.

Malaika Travel

The brief was to create a website for a new travel business offering treks on Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. It was brilliant working with the owner, who provided all the information and guidance yet let me design his site with a blank canvas.

What to do in Paris?

My client in Paris contacted me to build a website for UK visitors to Paris, focusing in particular on the less well known activities to enjoy. It was a pleasure working on this project, and I’ve had fabulous feedback from the client, which you can read below!

Bobsy’s Heating & Plumbing

A local plumber needed an online presence, so he contacted a local web designer for the job. A brilliant example of businesses helping each other.

As a small business owner like you I know how hard you have to work in the post-Covid era to attract and retain customers. I will dedicate my time and energy into delivering a personalised service, and as I work from home I have no extra office or salary costs to pass onto my customers.

In addition, I offer on-going website management and maintenance on a pre-agreed cost basis, and I guarantee to beat any other realistic, (personalised non-templated based) commercial quote. Prices are also based on your particular requirements, not a set rate, therefore you don’t pay for things you don’t need.

  • Personal quotes based on your project requirements
  • No hourly or day rates – I invest as much time as needed
  • I work from home, for myself – no added costs to pass on that a design agency has
  • Fully customisable sites that include custom code to ensure your site is unique
  • Search Engine Optimisation
  • Unlimited revisions with all new sites at no extra cost
  • Ongoing website management available

workingsThe Process

It’s easy to get started

  • I can take care of acquiring the domain name and/or hosting service for your site if required.
  • We work together to plan the layout and content, including aspects of branding such as logo, colour schemes and tagline. You can provide any specific imagery you want to show, and I put it all together to build the site to your requirements.
  • I can add the SSL certificate if you haven’t already acquired this – you will see the padlock symbol in the browser address bar and http:// becomes https://. This is a necessary security enhancement adding encryption to communications between web browsers and servers, and will also let your visitors know your site is secure. Furthermore, most browsers now give a warning on those websites that do not have SSL protection which is likely to put off visitors. Free domain SSL certificates are available on Level 1 websites.*
  • You have full access to the site admin area too, and can make your own updates if you so wish.
  • Once you are happy, the site is published. Either you maintain it going forward, or I can for a small monthly fee, with unlimited minor revisions.
  • If you already have an existing site requiring maintenance, simply give me access to the site’s admin area and I can make the necessary changes.

*An Extended SSL certificate is essential on eCommerce websites, and is included with Level 3. An additional cost of £250 is otherwise payable.

Websites with a user login area, or those collecting confidential personal information, should be protected with at least an Organisational SSL, and is included with Level 2. An additional cost of £60 is otherwise payable.

Both require business vetting, and will offer high security and extra reassurance to visitors.
